This is the first in our series of short special episodes that we recorded at 2000 Trees Festival. For this one we are joined by Matt and Ken from The Bronx. The band were approaching the end of an epic European Twentieth anniversary tour which they told us all about. It was a pleasure to spend some time with these guys, and look out for a cameo from a member of Eagles Of Death Metal!

We are joined by Colie, Beepus, and Bardo from the LA rock band 'Beauty School Dropout'. The band has recently been on tour in Europe with Stand Atlantic and Maggie Lindemann, as well as playing at Download Festival. This all followed a recent stint supporting the mighty blink-182.
The band discuss their recent rapid rise and how Mark Hoppus and Pete Wentz have both taken them under their wing.

Sincere Engineer are winning over lots of fans this year with their catchy, thoughtful songs and their live show. Deanna tells us about her history playing music and how Sincere Engineer ended up where they are today.

We are joined this time by Max Bennett Kelly. Max spoke to Chris just ahead of the release of his new EP 'Junk Male'. He discusses his rise within the music industry and how things really kicked off for him when his song 'Happy, Healthy, Well-Adjusted' went viral on TikTok. Max will be releasing a short film that will follow alongside the EP.
Chris and Nick also look ahead to 2000 Trees Festival which will happen on July 5. Watch out for us there!

The band has been on an interesting journey since those days and remains active, and have released many excellent albums.

We're back, and this time we have the pleasure of talking to John Hampson of the Long Island rock band Nine Days. They are best known for their monster hit 'Absolutey (Story of a Girl)', and have had an impressive career. The song was recently featured in the Oscar-winning film (and also the dialogue of) 'Everything, Everywhere All At Once'. John discusses the recent attention the song has received as well as giving an inside look into the band's entire career.
John will be releasing some solo music in the coming months, please check in with his and Nine Days' socials for this.

It's episode 90, Nick is back and we have a returning guest. Sid Ryan of UK punk band Grade 2 joins us ahead of the band's brand new album. We got to know Sid last summer on the Social Distortion/Grade 2/LOVEBREAKERS tour, so it was great to have a conversation and hear about what him and his band have been up to in the build up to their new release. We discuss the new record as well as the touring plans they have over the coming months. Sid tells us where he was when he received the news that they will be supporting the mighty Rancid later this year.
Grade 2's self-titled album is out Feb 17 on Hellcat.

We are joined this time by Alex Melton. Alex has made quite the name for himself with his YouTube channel. He has become known for covering songs in different styles, notably converting songs to either pop punk or country. He gained a large audience during the pandemic and has grown from there, even scoring a record deal with Pure Noise Records! Alex has just released his album 'Southern Charm' which is produced by Alan Day (Four Year Strong) and Tom Denney (A Day To Remember).
We discuss his life as a YouTuber and how his career led him to this place. At the time of the conversation, Alex was about to head out on tour with Fred Mascherino. We also consider what the future could hold for him.

We discuss Leo's history with music growing up on the Isle of Wight. Leo talks about how Reminders have grown since they formed in the late 2010s. Leo worked on the LOVEBREAKERS/Social Distortion tour last summer and acted as a session musician. We get into what an amazing experience this was.

Beauty School have also been on recent tours with The Dangerous Summer and The Wonder Years, Joe tells Chris what these experiences were like.
